Law and Political Economy is a methodological approach focusing on the role of law as a constitutive element of our economic and societal fabric, as well as a transformative factor that can help addressing some of the problems affecting it. As pointed out by the LPE Project Manifesto "Law conditions race and wealth, social reproduction and environmental destruction. Law also conditions the political order through which we must respond".
