Seminar topics:

1) Abortion constitutionalism: how do constitutions enable or set obstacles to the assertion of women´s reproductive autonomy?

2) The sexual contract at the origins of modern constitutionalism: how did constitutions construct a gender order at the inception of the constitutional project?

3) Skills session: inclusive leadership with a focus on gender and speech. How can we learn to detect gender dynamics in the use of speech which can help or hinder the achievement of individual and collective goals? Does speech have a gender? How does this all affect leadership?

4) Constitutionalism as ammunition of the global anti-gender equality movement: what are the ways in which constitutional law mechanisms and foundational concepts (such as constitutional interpretation, reform, fundamental rights and democracy) are currently being coopted for anti-liberal and gender regressive causes by populist and religious forces? 

5) Caring constitutionalism: should the right/duty to care be turned into a subject of constitutional law? Should constitutional democracy and equality reign in the household or would that overstep the separation between the public and private spheres?
